Terms and Conditions


  • You MUST disclose any medical conditions and medication before you confirm this booking incase a doctors note is needed to carry out the procedure. Failing to do so may result in us not carrying the appointment in which case you would lose your deposit and need to rebook.


• All tattoo booking fees are 100% NON REFUNDABLE. This covers the cost of client contact, consultation, research & design work, no shows and last minute cancellations.


• If you will be arriving late to your appointment, you MUST let me know as we may need to reschedule if it conflicts with my other scheduled appointments. If you are more than half an hour late to your appointment with no notice this will be treated as a no show.


• Deposits are paid in bank transfer. The remainder to be paid is CASH ONLY at the studio.


• 72 hour notice MUST be given to cancel or move appointments. Although the booking fee is non refundable, it can be moved to use for another appointment with the correct notice.


•If you reschedule more than twice, your deposit will be forfeited.


• The deposit includes reasonable design time. If you completely change the design idea (unable to be tweaked and a whole new idea is presented) we may have to move the appointment date which will result in a forfeit of the deposit if I haven’t been given enough notice.


• You must be 18 years of age or above to get a tattoo, valid photographic ID is required at your appointment. A failure to produce valid ID upon being asked to do so will result in termination of the appointment and a forfeit of the deposit.


• By paying the non refundable booking fee you are agreeing to the above contractual terms and conditions.
